1. If a contractor is offering to pay the grant to you and avoid the SEI question why? Paperwork is just one page and only takes 5 minutes so it does not make sense if a contractor is giving away €250 - €650 to avoid this. It normaly means the contractor is not SEI registered and the product has no IAB certificate (construction approval)
2. Ask what U-value you will get from the product and insure it meets the regulations required
